Tim has over 25 years of experience in the managed/outsourced IT services arena, in which time he has held senior positions in organisations such as Siemens, BT Global Services, 2e2, Logicalis and Verizon, Tim now works at Arm as the Product Owner for Enterprise Service Management. Working with multiple Tier 1 global clients, Tim has experience of both Private and Public Sector ICT service delivery and has strong project / programme management skills with experience on multiple stakeholder engagement projects.
Tim holds a Post-Graduate Certificate in Hydrographic Surveying from the University of Plymouth and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Sciences (with Hons) from the University of Wolverhampton. In addition to his academic qualifications, Tim is also a member of the Association of Project Managers, holding the APM qualification, and an active member of the IT Service Management forum also holding a managers certificate in ITIL.
Tim is highly experienced in developing and delivering managed services and has a significant track record in project / programme delivery and operational change.
Outside of his daily work, Tim is an enthusiastic reader and follower of the science of Biomimicry and, when time allows, posts his favourite examples of this relatively new science on this blog.
